To design for real learning—not just screens—we targeted the three friction points that make learners quit: clarity of path, sustained motivation, and adaptive difficulty. We set out to remove navigation confusion, surface progress at the right moments, and meet each learner at their level so study feels achievable every day.
Confusing journeys – Learners felt lost between lessons, exercises, and resources.
One-size-fits-all UX – The interface didn’t adapt well to beginner vs. advanced needs.
Low motivation signals – Weak progress visibility and gamification led to drop-offs.

We streamlined navigation into a clear lesson → practice → review loop, surfaced progress with bars, streaks, and achievement cues, and tuned difficulty through adaptive paths and micro-prompts. The design is responsive and accessible (readable type scale, contrast-safe palette, touch-friendly targets) so learners can study comfortably on any device—without cognitive overload.
